A white label Self-Service Insurance App for Sun Corps brands

Project Overview

The Suncorp Insurance App was internal experiment to make a case for a larger consumer appp. Initially only for their staff, the app had limited functionality and was based on a MVP requirement to bring policies into one place.

My Responsibilities

My task outside of a UI and UX role, helped establish Sun Corps internal design processes. We also learnt what the real Customer Experience should be through user testing and research at the end of each sprint.

Project Value
  • From testing Stakeholders thought it would be helpful to have a snapshot of their policies in one place
  • The project established the ability for Suncorp to make mobile apps and implement UX in that process
  • The Initial  MVP as deterined by the Business was missing important features like Online Claims
