E-Road SaaS Vehicle Servicing Module

Surfacing priority servicing statuses so fleet managers can easily fight fires and action preventative maintenance fast

Project Overview

E-Road is a telemetric’s SaaS tool used by truck companies globally. The Vehicle Service module gives Fleet Managers the ability to monitor their fleet and ‘fight fires’, surfacing vehicles that need urgent maintenance or servicing.

My Responsibilities

I was tasked with enhancing the experience, so roles like a Service Managers or a Fleet Managers could prioritise urgent jobs, assign the correct Supplier and track the service workflow to it’s competition.

The Work

Starting with UX Research, I established best practise for user experiences for the Service Module, explored Competitors. I identified holes in the current user journey and helped refine the User Stories. User testing helped us identity what worked, needed iterating or needed stripping back to a common language. The process involved collaborating with the Product Owner, UX Designers and presenting to Stakeholders the Discovery findings, Concept sketches through to Prototype’s.
